FMS is a new type of high temperature resistant filter material and filter bag, which is made of two or more high temperature resistant fibers mixed, calendered and compounded by needle punching. After different surface chemical treatments and post-treatment processes, it also has the characteristics of waterproof and oil-proof, high wind speed, and high concentration dust collection.
Advantages of FMS:
1. Compared with glass fiber filter material, FMS filter material has significantly improved wear resistance, bending resistance, and peeling strength, high filtration load, small running resistance, and long service life.
2. Compared with chemical fiber dust bags, FMS dust bags overcome the weakness of chemical fiber dust bags with large elongation and deformation, and have good size stability.
3. Compared with NOMEX coated dust filter bags, FMS dust filter bags are cheap and are an ideal high temperature dust filter bag, which is very popular among users.
4. In blast furnace gas purification applications, FMS dust bags can withstand higher gas temperatures. Under normal circumstances, the Working Temperature can be controlled at 260ºC-280ºC.
